I gave the vase and roses to my SC beach week hostess who has a birthday then( August !2) and she was delighted and all guests seemed to admire them. The stones were given to a 17 year old young man with the suggestion that they are friendship items reminders of friendships. I think it went well after the first shock. Very nice items as usual. We lived in Middlebury 50 years ago!!
I received this for Christmas one year. It was such a great gift-so beautiful and precious. It is now my good luck charm and carries sentimental value. This is my best buy from Danforth! I really love this-if only Danforth would make some more different palmstones. If you question getting this, get it!! I love it!
