A Danforth Pewter classic, the Mariner pewter oil lamp was designed with a wide, stable base like a ship's decanter. The sleek and elegant sheen of our satin finish glows warmly even without the flame. Designed for function as well as ambience, our oil lamps with their hand-blown glass chimneys are the highest quality.
The Mariner Oil Lamp is our most popular Danforth Pewter lamp, in part thanks to the Discovery and Science Channel's How It's Made. The base of this oil lamp is handspun on a lathe. The light it gives off is warm, unwavering, and strong enough to light even a large room. It's a beautiful centerpiece for a dining room table, as an accent in the living room, or lighting up the porch. Take it camping for an extra special "glamping" experience!
Enjoy the light of an oil lamp while you sit on the porch after the evening sunset. Our customers tell us that their lamps become the topic of conversation at many dinner parties with friends and family. A wonderful wedding gift that "lights the way" for newlyweds as they begin their lives together.
