In 1885, W.A. Bentley, a self-educated Vermont farmer, became the first person to photograph a single snow crystal. "Snowflake" Bentley would go on to capture more than 5000 snowflakes during his lifetime, and he never found two alike. We are privileged to create an annual design based on one of Bentley’s original photos, including this exquisite pewter zipper pull.
This design is also available as an ornament, necklace, earrings, and scatter pin. A portion of all sales supports the Historical Society. Snowflake Bentley designs are not available wholesale; they are only available retail, and they cannot be discounted with a promo code due to the fact that they are commissioned designs from the Jericho Historical Society.
